Flooring.

Education Qualification - Any Graduation
Experience - 3-5 Yrs (Building Material Industry)
Conveyance - Bike is must.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Meeting Dealers, Distributors, Architects/Interior designers for getting new business for
the company.
Involved in detailing and discussion with architects/clients for discussing the scope of
work.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
Handling the sales process starts from pre-sales approaches to after-sales services
independently.
Should have good contacts in the industry & market to be used for new business
development.
Schedule appointments, arrange meetings with potential buyers & visit them at their
premises.
Should have done business development for any of the construction material product
such as wooden flooring, Tiles, wallpapers, carpets, Furniture/ Lighting/ Sanitary ware
etc.
Desired Profile:
Should be willing to travel
Should have good presentation skills to sell.
Should have excellent business communication (English) skills, both verbal and written.
Should have skills for technical presentation and commercial negotiation
Pro-active planner and executor who can achieve sales targets.
Ability to work under a defined timeline to deliver desired results.
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills required in marketing meeting.
