key responsibilities:
lead generation & prospecting: identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
client relationship management: develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
sales strategy execution: work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
proposal & contract negotiation: prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals with clients.
market research: analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
reporting & analytics: track and report on performance metrics, client feedback, and sales activities for ongoing process improvement.
requirements:
experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. [adjust years if needed]
