Role Purpose
 To support customer management and delivery of products and services across Virudhunagar District.
 Responsible to visit potential customers to sell products.  To work with the team and build healthy relationship to ensure the highest level of productivity and quality. Role Accountability:
 Contribute to effective customer management and customer journeys.  Communicate with customers.
 Counsel B2B Customers of our products and our client’s products and services and up-sell to meet business targets.
 Respond to the enquiries from customers related to products and services.
 Provide consultation and support to the customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
 Work closely with the quality team to meet the conversion rate and customer satisfaction rate.
