Job Description

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading AVODHA’s unique way of up skilling. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to discuss importance of up skilling oneself with respect to what they want to do, counsel them and be the first point of contact to making a difference and fetching a suitable job which would kick start their careers.

Goals of a BDE are to ensure they meet either of the two goals: Effort based goal or Revenue based goal.

Effort based: - Daily Goal: 30 unique connected calls AND Monthly Goal: 4 Webinar/Seminars

Revenue based: - Make your own paycheck: Contribute 4x revenue of what they earn as salary
