Goals of a BDE are to ensure they meet either of the two goals: Effort based goal or Revenue based goal.
Effort based: - Daily Goal: 30 unique connected calls AND Monthly Goal: 4 Webinar/Seminars
Revenue based: - Make your own paycheck: Contribute 4x revenue of what they earn as salary
