we are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic person who knows how to create and maintain rapport with our partners and likes working in a start-up atmosphere. you will report directly to the chief operating officer in this role.
roles and responsibilities:
1. pre-sales: identification and outreach to new partners (our clients that use
our software), including communicating our core value proposition to potential
partners along with a demonstration of our software solutions.
2. sales: presenting our solution in a manner to fits in with the client’s current needs or requirements and pitching our solution to convert leads to sales. this step also includes negotiation, follow-up, and getting the paperwork done.
3. post-sales: ensure effective onboarding of the partner on our web application including the configuration of and training on the software solution.
4. activation: ensure effective post-onboarding adoption of the web application through continual engagement with the partners and suitable marketing activations at the partner venue.
5. account management: continually meet with the management and users of our software and maintain a strong relationship with them. you will be responsible for getting queries from the partners related to the efficiency of
our solution and first-hand user feedback.
