Job Description -

1. Calling Leads

ï‚• Call on parent leads through your CRM

ï‚• 60-75 leads are to be called daily

2. Generating trial classes

ï‚• Pitch to the parents to take Trial Class

3. Take counseling sessions and convert them

ï‚• Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes

ï‚• Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach

ï‚• Generate Revenue (3L+ per month)

CTC –

The candidates will be entitled to a stipend amount of for a 14 days

training. Post Training clearance. Below CTC will be applicable.

INR LPA (4 LPA – fixed + LPA – variable)- Candidates who opt for

US/ Canada will get an additional night shift allowance of 5000/ month.

Shift Timings-

India- 9:30am to 6:30pm

US/ Canada- 8pm to 5am

Middle-East/ Europe- 3pm to 12am
