we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the electronics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients and driving sales growth. This role requires frequent travel to meet potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronics industry.

Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and offer suitable products.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.

Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports

Daily 4 to 5 customer visits within your territory

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).

1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector / Fresher with IT background qualification

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle a sales territory efficiently.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Basic understanding of electronic components/products is a plus.

Daily meet up with 4 -5 customers
