Walk-In Interview For Business Development Executive - Freshers

Job Description

We are a digital marketing company offering services such as website development, SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising. This role is target-driven and focused on lead generation and sales through cold calling. The candidate must be comfortable with rejection, daily calling, and closing deals.

If someone is looking for a soft sales role, this is not it.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate leads primarily through cold calling, follow-up calls, and WhatsApp/email communication

Identify potential clients such as small businesses, startups, and service providers

Build and maintain a daily calling list and lead database

Sales & Conversion

Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services

Handle objections confidently and push conversations toward closure

Close deals independently or with support from the senior team

Achieve monthly sales targets without excuses

Follow-ups & Client Coordination

Do structured follow-ups with interested prospects

Coordinate with the internal technical/marketing team for proposals and onboarding

Maintain basic CRM or lead tracking sheets

Reporting & Discipline

Share daily call reports, lead status, and closure updates

Track conversion ratios and improve performance based on feedback

Required Skills & Traits

Be honest here. These are non-negotiable:

Strong verbal communication in English + local language

High confidence on phone calls

Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation

Goal-oriented and money-motivated mindset

Basic understanding of digital marketing services (or willingness to learn fast)

Self-discipline and consistency in daily calling

Experience & Education

03 years of experience in sales / telecalling / business development

Experience in digital marketing sales is a plus, not mandatory

Any graduate or undergraduate (skills matter more than degree)
