Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, arranging site visits, explaining project details, and converting prospects into sales. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills to achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, campaigns, and field activities.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly to customers.
Negotiate and support the customer through the booking and closing process.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer database, and follow-up status.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales process completion.
Requirements:
Any degree or relevant qualification.
1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred; freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
