role: business development manager (bdm)
key responsibilities
identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for interior projects.
build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, and corporates.
conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to explain ugras services.
understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & execution team.
prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.
manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to final deal closure.
track market trends, competitor activities, and business insights.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
requirements
proven experience in sales or business development (preferred in interior, architecture, or real estate industry).
strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ability to build long-term client relationships.
self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
