We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Professional Salon & Beauty Industry to join our team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons and distributors

• Handle 2-3 distributors and drive business growth

• Achieve monthly business targets of ₹4-5 Lakhs

• Ensure maximum coverage of salons across the assigned territory

• Manage distributor ROI, outstanding and claims

• Execute beat plans and cover 300-400 salons per month

• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new salon customers

• Plan and conduct salon training programs and education seminars

• Maintain sales reports and distributor data using MS Excel

👤 Candidate Profile

✅ 2-3+ years of relevant experience

✅ Experience in Professional Salon / Retail Division

✅ Strong relationships with salons and local market

✅ Good distributor-handling skills

✅ Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel

✅ Graduate / Postgraduate / Intermediate with relevant experience

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Candidates with experience in the Professional Salon Industry / Salon & Retail Division will be preferred.
