Operations & Automation: Enable rolling upgrades, automated scaling, disaster recovery readiness. Mentorship: Share expertise and promote best practices in distributed caching and performance optimization.What Were Looking For Proven experience with Apache Geode or Pivotal GemFirecluster setup, locators, partitioned/replicated region configuration, transactional operations. Strong Java skillsespecially with Geode APIs and client/server integrations. Deep knowledge of distributed systemspartitioning, consensus, replication, and fault tolerance. Understanding of ACID principles in a distributed caching context. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
