Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Business Development Executive to expand our client

base locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the sales desk,

independently driving lead generation, nurturing relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals.

You will act as the bridge between complex technical solutions and the business needs of C-level

executives and founders.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation: Independently research, identify, and map out sales funnels targeting

international and domestic B2B clients.

Strategic Outreach: Utilize platforms like , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and IndiaMart to

execute data-driven, high-conversion outbound campaigns.

Client Engagement: Lead discovery calls with technical founders and decision-makers, clearly

articulating the value proposition of custom software and IT services.

Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and final

onboarding.

Market Adaptation: Stay updated on industry trends to effectively pitch our core capabilities in

UI/UX, SEO, and custom app development.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Haves)

Industry Experience: A strict minimum of 2+ years of hands-on sales experience within the IT

Services, Custom Software, or SaaS sectors.

Communication Skills: Flawless written and verbal English communication. The ability to

converse confidently about technology is essential.

Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM software and lead generation tools (.,

Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Work Ethic: High level of autonomy. Must be capable of hitting the ground running without

requiring basic sales cycle training.
