• job description:

• identify potential customers: use referrals, networking, and cold calling to find new customers

• understand customer needs: listen to customers to understand their logistics and shipping related problems and challenges.

• present products: demonstrate services and explain how we can help and add value by increasing efficiencies and improve cost effectiveness in their logistics and supply chain

• negotiate: negotiate prices and terms with customers

• close sales: overcome objections and secure customer commitment for a long-term association.

• follow up: follow up with customers to maintain continuity and ensure satisfaction and address issues if any.

• prepare reports: track sales activities and customer interactions, and prepare reports for management

• collaborate: work with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

this position will be responsible to increase revenue and profitability through the acquisition of new accounts and selling additional services to an existing customer base.

should be a self-starter with leadership qualities and comfortable being part of a smaller team, enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the company and most important compliance of company procedures and policies.

background in logistics sales and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

key responsibilities:

candidate requirements:

• prior experience in sales or business development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.

• strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• self-motivated with a target-driven approach and ability to work independently.

• willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development activities.

key responsibilities:

lead the complete contract logistics sales activities including adding new client in to warehousing business, distribution, and last-mile delivery.

qualifications & experience:

graduate / postgraduate in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or operations (mba preferred).

1–3 years of experience in logistics & warehousing,

sound understanding of cost control, budgeting, manpower planning, and commercial terms.
