Job Description: Identify potential customers: Use referrals, networking, and cold calling to find new customers Understand customer needs: Listen to customers to understand their logistics and Shipping related problems and challenges. Present products: Demonstrate services and explain how we can help and add value by increasing efficiencies and improve cost effectiveness in their logistics and supply chain Negotiate: Negotiate prices and terms with customers Close sales: Overcome objections and secure customer commitment for a long-term association. Follow up: Follow up with customers to maintain continuity and ensure satisfaction and address issues if any. Prepare reports: Track sales activities and customer interactions, and prepare reports for management Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.This position will be responsible to increase Revenue and Profitability through the acquisition of new accounts and selling additional services to an existing customer base.Should be a Self-starter with leadership qualities and comfortable being part of a smaller team, enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the company and most important compliance of company procedures and policies.background in logistics sales and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in sales or business development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and ability to work independently.
