experience : minimum 4 years of bd experience in interior fit-outs or construction.
key responsibilities
identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, designers, developers, and consultants.
convert leads into sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders negotiate and close contracts.
conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams for smooth project handover and execution.
represent the company at trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
qualifications
bachelors degree in business, marketing, interior design, or related field.
strong network within real estate, design, or contracting sectors.
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
proficient in ms office and crm tools.
knowledge of project estimation, budgeting, and contract negotiation is a plus.
