Hiring Freshers || Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the industry.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, and direct outreach.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to enhance client retention.

- Proposal Development: Prepare engaging proposals and presentations for prospective clients to showcase our services and solutions.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales team to execute business development strategies that align with overall company goals.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to ensure targets are met.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with an /PGDM qualification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
