Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with partners and clients. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of Kuberjee by identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in business development and account management

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field

An understanding of fintech and rural development would be advantageous
