Responsible for overall sales performance of an assigned group of Franchise Centers.
Prepare & review daily / weekly action plan for the assigned franchise centers
Tracking activities of Promotions, Sales, and Enrollments across Franchise centers
Monitoring of progress of enrollments against targets.
Ensure adherence to sales norms and procedures
Willingness and ability to market, promote & ensure the maximum results on the team effort.
Analysis of Sales records and suggestions for changes/revisions in marketing plans.
Gauging and Implementing the best schemes to promote the training programs and increase market share.
Coordination with all concerned departments at the office to ensure excellent franchise support and get best results.
Ensuring target-oriented performance
