We are looking for a competitive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales strategies, attract new clients, and expand our market presence. This role involves understanding client needs, pitching suitable solutions, and fostering strong business relationships.
Shift: 3:00pm to 12:00am/ 4:00pm to 1:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling,
networking, social media, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and
long-term partnerships.
- Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and refine approaches to
achieve business targets.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct services & product presentations, and business meetings with
potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Craft business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experienced with lead generation through cold calling.
- Self-motivated, career orientated, and a drive to exceed revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MSOffice, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
