We are looking for a competitive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales strategies, attract new clients, and expand our market presence. This role involves understanding client needs, pitching suitable solutions, and fostering strong business relationships.Shift: 3:00pm to 12:00am/ 4:00pm to 1:00amKey Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling,networking, social media, and referrals.- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction andlong-term partnerships.- Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and refine approaches toachieve business targets.- Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct services & product presentations, and business meetings withpotential clients.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.- Negotiation & Contracting: Craft business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to maximize revenue.- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Required Candidate Profile:- Excellent communication skills in English.- Experienced with lead generation through cold calling.- Self-motivated, career orientated, and a drive to exceed revenue targets.- Proficiency in MSOffice, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
