Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience and an MBA or PGDM background.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identifying New Business Opportunities:** Research and assess potential markets and customers to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects. This involves understanding industry trends and customer needs to tailor approaches.

- **Developing Client Relationships:** Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Nurturing these relationships is crucial for long-term success and repeat business.

- **Preparing Sales Presentations:** Create compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our offerings to potential clients. This ensures that prospects understand the value of our services.

- **Collaborating with the Sales Team:** Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share insights. Collaboration ensures efforts are combined to achieve common goals effectively.

- **Tracking Market Trends:** Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Awareness of the competitive landscape is vital for informed decision-making.
