Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in software sales, B2B sales, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be from Mumbai and event management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM systems
Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement and sales strategies
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups
Travel for client meetings, business development activities, and events when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
