Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in software sales, B2B sales, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be from Mumbai and event management industry.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies
€¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
€¢ Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
€¢ Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM systems
€¢ Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events
€¢ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement and sales strategies
€¢ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
€¢ Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
€¢ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups
€¢ Travel for client meetings, business development activities, and events when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
€¢ Bachelor€™s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
€¢ Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
€¢ Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing
€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
€¢ Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred
€¢ Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts
€¢ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
