1 Drive tertiary sales through influencer conversions and consistent coil movement via electricians,
Contractors & other influencers
2 Promote NPD and focused SKUs via product demos and benefit-based selling at influencer sites
3 Execute Nukkads, ensure app registration, tier upgrades, and influencer recognition and coordinate for
Kabel Shops and other engagement events
4 Generate IB leads, coordinate with MDMs for site level conversions, coordinate with sales team for
order closure and service
5 Collaborate with MDM for daily planning, execution tracking, and resolution of on-ground challenges
6 Create demand at KDs by influencing site-based pull-through and ensuring consistent product
movement and increase influencer base
7 One-on-one site visit for electrician conversion and throughput extraction
Technical Competencies Behavioural Competencies
Understanding of electrical products (wires & cables)
and influencer channels (electricians, contractors)

Working knowledge of mobile-based reporting
(Workozy, LMP apps) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
