job summary:

we are seeking a motivated and energetic business development executive (bde) to join our growing team. this role involves driving lead generation, client outreach, and sales development activities. the ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about creating new opportunities, building business relationships, and representing our services professionally.

key responsibilities:

identify and connect with potential clients via market research, linkedin, email, and cold calling.

conduct introductory calls to understand client needs and present relevant offerings.

schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars between prospects and senior managers.

share relevant company materials (brochures, presentations, case studies).

create and execute sales strategies aligned with business targets.

track market trends, monitor competition, and suggest positioning strategies.

build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.

draft and present business proposals tailored to client requirements.

maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities

requirements:

bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

proficient in using ms office, google workspace, linkedin, and social media

self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
