We are seeking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Bharat Headhunters a venture of BHHS Technologies Limited. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process and ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a focus on manpower recruitment in India, Malaysia, South Africa and UAE. Work location is based out of Bangalore.Qualifications And Skills Experience as a HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, screening resumes, andconducting interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted job descriptions. Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, andreferrals. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates. Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract suitable candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Mentoring and guiding the junior team members.

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role involves driving lead generation, client outreach, and sales development activities. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about creating new opportunities, building business relationships, and representing our services professionally.Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients via market research, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling. Conduct introductory calls to understand client needs and present relevant offerings. Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars between prospects and senior managers. Share relevant company materials (brochures, presentations, case studies). Create and execute sales strategies aligned with business targets. Track market trends, monitor competition, and suggest positioning strategies. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups. Draft and present business proposals tailored to client requirements. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activitiesRequirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
