Interview For Business Development Executive || B.A/B.C.A - Freshers

We are looking for Busniess Development Executives to join a leading fintech company! Get trained in gold appraisal, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.

-Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of �KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.

-Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.

-Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.

-Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.

-Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

Requirement

-Fresher graduate 2022-2024 passout only to apply

-Applicant Should have completed Graduation

-Up to 27 years of age

-Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary English

-All candidates must have a 2 wheeler and Driving License within 60 days of joining Rupeek
