Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide them with information about our tour packages.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding travel destinations, itineraries, pricing, and offers.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert potential clients into customers.

Explain tour details, visa requirements, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services.

Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless booking experience.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while communicating with clients.

Record and update customer details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Gender: Female

Education: Minimum High School / Graduation preferred

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Skills: Excellent communication (English, TAMIL / HINDI / MALAYALAM, and regional language preferred), persuasive speaking, customer service, and sales skills.

Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

Personality: Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Availability: Willing to work flexible hours if required.
