Job Description

€¢ To handle the sales operations of the department, appointments and the end result

on follow ups and conversions.

€¢ Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information

and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.

€¢ Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

€¢ Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing and potential

customers.

€¢ Plan and focus on the revenue generation.

€¢ Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team to meet customer

expectations as well as internal and external standards.

€¢ Prepare action plan by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales

leads and prospects.

€¢ Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers: send a high volume of

email communication to potential customers.

€¢ Responsible for meeting daily, monthly and quarterly targets.

€¢ Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training sessions and

self-learning.
