position: business development associate (bda)

responsibilities:

complete 30-day on-job training (ojt) with stipend of ₹10,000.

promote and counsel students for resa’s online programs.

develop skills in sales, communication, negotiation & market research.

work on real-world projects under mentor guidance.

eligibility:

graduate (ugc approved). 12th pass also can apply

pan, aadhaar & 3-month bank statement required.

strong interest in pursuing higher education with career growth.

compensation & growth:

₹25,000/month during 3-month probation.

up to ₹6 lpa post-probation + performance incentives.

fast-track promotion to business development manager (up to ₹9–10 lpa).

work schedule:

full-time | monday–friday | 10 am – 7 pm

weekends off .
