Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Responsibilities:

Complete 30-day On-Job Training (OJT) with stipend of ₹10,000.

Promote and counsel students for RESA’s Online Programs.

Develop skills in sales, communication, negotiation & market research.

Work on real-world projects under mentor guidance.

Eligibility:

Graduate (UGC approved). 12th Pass also can apply

PAN, Aadhaar & 3-month bank statement required.

Strong interest in pursuing higher education with career growth.

Compensation & Growth:

₹25,000/month during 3-month probation.

Up to ₹6 LPA post-probation + performance incentives.

Fast-track promotion to Business Development Manager (up to ₹9–10 LPA).

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 10 AM – 7 PM

Weekends off .
