role & responsibilities:
01. generate secondary sales per month as per assigned target from the assigned set of
contractor’s in territory
02. daily visits to new sites provided by painters/contractors/dealers/self to pitch nerolac
products
03. walk in sites to be registered and assign to painters/contractors
04. to handle minimum 80 painter/contractors from his market
05. make painters/contractors calls in a day as per the pjp
06. conduct market activities as per annual allocation by ho marketing
07. regular updation of contractor point in npp call centre
08. education/communication to painter/contractors of new initiatives taken by ho marketing
09. ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his depot
10. handle painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications
re posm visibility at dealer outlet.
12. ensure painter/contractor secondary schemes communication
13. new product launch/go to market plan execution at painters/contractor point.
