We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated Business Development Associate to support our growth team in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients and partners using online platforms, directories, databases, and social media
Research target industries and companies to understand their needs, decision-makers, and business models.
Create and maintain a qualified database of leads using Excel
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, or messaging platforms to introduce the company and set up meetings.
2. Client Communication and Coordination:
Assist the business development team in reaching out to prospects and scheduling appointments.
Draft and send follow-up emails or proposals to interested clients.
Maintain communication logs and share status reports on leads and responses.
Participate in client calls or meetings to observe and support senior team members.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct industry-specific research to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies.
Compile research into reports or presentations to support strategic planning.
Analyze feedback from prospects to suggest improvements in approach or product offerings.
