Pencilbitz Publications is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in business development, client engagement, and sales support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Connect with professors, researchers, and educational institutions

Support proposal preparation and sales-related documentation

Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with clients

Assist in team coordination and support daily operations

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant discipline

Strong communication skills (mandatory)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn

Preference for candidates from Coimbatore or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
