Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who can connect with UPSC aspirants, explain our mentorship model, and convert interested leads into enrolled students.
If you are confident, persuasive, and growth-oriented, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
Explain the MENTORSDAILY mentorship program clearly and confidently
Understand students preparation challenges and suggest suitable solutions
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments
Maintain proper follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide feedback to the marketing and mentorship team
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Final Year Students can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of UPSC preparation is a plus
Self-motivated and target-oriented
