As a Business Development Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be required to research and identify new leads, cold call prospects, and follow up on sales leads. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and participate in networking events to expand our client base.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients. You should be goal-oriented, able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. A background in sales or marketing is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is beneficial for this role.
