The role: As a BDA, you will be reaching out to prospective students to introduce our courses and programs. You will play a critical role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and communicating the value of our platform to potential clients.
Your key responsibilities:
— Connect with parents or students with high intent over phone calls
— Meet and help them understand the learning requirement of the student.
— Suggest personalized learning solutions suited to their requirements.
— Take the revenue responsibility by seeing the process from call to closure/sale.
— Update their call reports on the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) software at regular designated intervals/time periods.
