You will play a critical role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and communicating the value of our platform to potential clients.Your key responsibilities: Connect with parents or students with high intent over phone calls Meet and help them understand the learning requirement of the student. Suggest personalized learning solutions suited to their requirements. Take the revenue responsibility by seeing the process from call to closure/sale. Update their call reports on the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) software at regular designated intervals/time periods.
