Responsibilities:
Being in the position of BDM, you have to perform the following duties:
1. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
2. To monitor actively the work of the marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
3. To set up meetings with potential clients and converting the leads into business.
4. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
5. To search for marketing opportunities by planning and understanding consumer requirements in achieving the company's marketing goals.
6. To collaborate with marketing team members in creating new sales and advertising strategies.
7. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly along with training, scheduling, coaching and managing the sales team to meet desired goals for the company.
8. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
9. To actively maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
10. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
