Female - Urgent Requirement For Branch Relationships Executive

We are seeking a Branch Relationships Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and branches. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with 1 to 7 years of experience, eager to enhance service quality and client satisfaction in our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and ensure they receive the best service possible. This includes addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.

2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with branch staff and clients. Establishing trust will encourage long-term partnerships and enhance our reputation in the community.

3. Performance Tracking: Monitor client satisfaction levels and branch performance metrics. Use this information to suggest improvements and implement changes, ensuring our service aligns with client expectations.

4. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client feedback and relationship health. Share insights with the management team to help refine strategies and improve overall service quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:
