Business Development & Strategy
Sales Targets: Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Catchment Mapping: Analyze the local market (., Ambad vs. College Road) to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats.
Customer Acquisition: Directly handle high-value (HNI) or corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Operations & Compliance
Process Discipline: Ensure the branch follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory norms (., RBI guidelines for banks).
Audit Readiness: Maintain a clean branch by conducting regular internal checks on cash, documentation, and security.
Cost Control: Manage the branch budget, including overheads like electricity, stationery, and maintenance.
People Leadership
Team Management: Supervise a diverse team including Sales Officers, Accountants, and support staff.
Performance Reviews: Set clear KRAs (Key Result Areas) and conduct regular reviews to identify training needs or performance gaps.
Culture: Foster a high-energy, ethical, and collaborative work environment.
