monitor performance (conversion, reachability, and customer satisfaction).
provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members.
ensure 100% compliance with process and reporting requirements.
coordinate with quality, training, and management teams for smooth operations.
handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
