( Inbound voice to be preferred).*Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a QA in BPO.*To identify the training/coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.*To give need-based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality-based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.*Coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.Desired Candidate Profile :*Candidate Should have experience as Quality Analyst in a BPO voice process*Quality Experience on papers is mandatory.*Experience in the BPO industry is mandatory.
