Job Description

roles and responsibilities :

*should be willing to work day shifts.

*we are hiring for the role of quality analyst for the domestic voice process. ( inbound voice to be preferred).

*candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a qa in bpo.

*to identify the training/coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the manager.

*to give need-based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality-based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.

*coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.

desired candidate profile :

*candidate should have experience as quality analyst in a bpo voice process

*quality experience on papers is mandatory.

*experience in the bpo industry is mandatory.
