Job Description

As a Boarding Pass Executive, you will ensure a smooth and efficient check-in experience for passengers. You will handle boarding passes and assist travelers with their queries, making their journey comfortable and hassle-free.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Issuing Boarding Passes**: You will be responsible for generating and distributing boarding passes to passengers, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

2. **Customer Assistance**: Engaging with passengers to answer questions about flights, boarding procedures, and airport services. Providing exceptional service to enhance their travel experience is essential.

3. **Checking Identification**: Verifying the identity of passengers against travel documents to ensure security and compliance with airline policies.

4. **Handling Issues**: Addressing any problems that arise during the check-in process, such as last-minute changes or system errors, in a calm and professional manner.

5. **Collaboration with Team**: Coordinating with other team members and departments to streamline the check-in process and resolve any operational challenges.

Required skills and expectations include:

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in issuing boarding passes and checking documents.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and using check-in systems.
