About the Role: Achieving month's Sales Targets of enrolling students for BFSI courses. Mobilisation of youth and graduates to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs Conduct community mapping and profiling exercise to identify key stakeholders and NGOs to partner with us. Organise events/Sessions/workshop for communities with parents, underprivileged graduates, NGOs and other stakeholders to build awareness in the community. Conduct follow-ups on call with children, parents, NGOs and other stakeholders. Maintain the data of mobilization, planning, stakeholder forms, MOUs, Minutes of meetings, Individual meet forms, Photographs of Events, Community Events reports, NGO Profile forms

Major Responsibilities: [A] Admission & Discharges1. Conduct & fill Admission forms/ interviews, for New Admissions & Follow ups.2. Enter/Facilitate entry of data in Excel/Application3. Conduct & fill Discharge forms/ interviews for New & Follow ups.4. Ensure Follow-up to assess status of child/ family Follow Questionnaire is done.[B] Ready reckoner for emergency services1. Ensure Directory of local doctors, carpenters, plumbers, electrician, other service providers is prepared.2. Ensure Directory of authorities, fire, police, ambulance, etc. is prepared.3. Strengthening relationships with them for further engagement[C] Engaging with Doctors/MSWs1. Ensure Contact details of referral hospitals, Drs, MSWs, NGOs, local clubs is prepared & build relationship with them.2. Identify nearby Paed Onco treating hospitals.3. Strengthen relationships with them for further engagement[D] Beneficiary Management1. Conduct Parents Meetings & prepare minutes (fortnightly)2. Take feedback & handle complaints redressal3. Handle discipline issues-Cases escalated by CC4. Showcase Talents of kids - (With assistance from Teacher/CC/Counsellor) (Add to Child Database)5. Update to Child Database - Health status (Monthly) and Occupancy (weekly) [E] Engaging with Volunteers/ Supporters1. Update AL Requirements - (Refer Google Sheet) 2. Interact & Assess Donation opportunities; mobilize donations whenever possible3. Send Introduction, thank you letters promptly and maintain relationship with them. 4. Maintain database-In coordination with donor manager. 5. Optimise support for unit sponsorship, meal mate, toys, clothes, other required items at centres 6. Strengthen Employee engagement programs with corporates[F] Supervision/ Monitoring of CC/HK/Drivers1. Ensure Premises Cleanliness, basic upkeep & maintenance- (CM should countersign CC checklist) 2. Ensure Services and Care Process of families- (Everything apart from cleaning & maintenance)

Recruitment, sourcing candidate, arranging interviews, feedback follow up, reference checking, offer finalization. On boarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training. Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation. Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members. Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc Processing expenses reimbursements of sales team, employees conveyance & other expenses, HR vender payments etc. Employee engagement activities , festival celebrations etc Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
