Job Description

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting with candidates and clients in the IT staffing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and place IT professionals who are looking for new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Candidate Sourcing**: You will actively search for qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pool.

- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintaining relationships with clients is vital. You will communicate with them to understand their staffing needs and present suitable candidates.

- **Resume Screening and Shortlisting**: Evaluate resumes to identify candidates that meet role requirements, ensuring a high match rate for client needs.

- **Interview Coordination**: Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-up to finalize placements.

- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to enhance recruitment strategies and improve sourcing methods.

- **Negotiation and Offer Management**: You will negotiate offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- You should have 2 to 8 years of experience in bench sales recruiting or IT staffing.

- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field such as , , , or a professional degree is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships effectively.

- A strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles will help you identify the right candidates.
