Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities across cruise liners, luxury hotels, and hospitality groups in Europe and international markets.
Promote manpower staffing solutions for culinary, galley, housekeeping, F&B, and deck/engine crew.
Manage complete business development cycle including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Build strong relationships with Crew Managers, HR Heads, Procurement Teams, and Hotel Management.
Handle international client acquisition and maintain a self-generated sales pipeline.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
Experience in international business development, cruise liner staffing, hospitality recruitment, or manpower services preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of STCW compliance, crew deployment, and hospitality staffing will be an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital prospecting platforms.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European language skills preferred.
Travel Requirements
Comfortable with frequent international travel and extended overseas stays.
Valid driving license required.
Flexible for relocation and multicultural work environments.
