Fresher hiring for Back Office Manager

A Back Office Officer in Axis Bank is responsible for handling operational and administrative tasks that support the branch's day-to-day functioning. This role generally does not involve direct sales and focuses on accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process account opening forms and verify KYC documents.

Update customer information in the banking system.

Handle cash-related records and transaction documentation.

Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other banking transactions.

Maintain customer records and branch documentation.

Assist with cheque clearing and account maintenance.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies.

Coordinate with branch staff for smooth operations.

Resolve customer service requests related to account operations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of banking operations.

Computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, email).

Attention to detail and accuracy.
