* Enter and maintain data in Excel or ERP software.

* Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and purchase orders.

* Maintain sales, purchase, and stock records.

* Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.

* Process and track customer orders.

* Maintain files and business documents.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

* Handle official emails and vendor communication.

* Assist with inventory and stock reconciliation.

* Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
