identify and reach out to potential business clients (restaurants, bars, hotels, corporates, event planners) for bulk wine/beverage supply via calls, visits, networking.
build and maintain relationships with clients understand their needs (type of beverages, volume, delivery schedule, quality, price), and propose suitable products or bulk deals.
negotiate deals/contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and close b2b orders.
maintain a pipeline of b2b leads, follow-ups, and after-sales support to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
work proactively to expand the b2b client list and increase sales volume.
store & operations management
manage day-to-day store operations: inventory management (stock levels, ordering, restocking), storage, and proper display of products.
handle billing / invoicing / payment collection for both retail and b2b sales. maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
manage store opening/closing procedures, cash register / point-of-sale operations, cash reconciliation (if needed).
ensure store is clean, organized, and compliant with relevant laws/regulations (especially related to sale of alcohol).
coordinate with suppliers, manage procurement, place orders, check deliveries, and ensure timely supply.
address customer/client queries or complaints, ensuring good customer experience.
assist in small-scale marketing or promotional initiatives: . notifying b2b clients of new stock, offering special bulk discounts, managing deals or offers for businesses/regular clients.
