• Complete team handling and team leading profile

• Handle your team of sales executive and try to gain more and more business from them

• Train your team. motivate your team and develop your team to gain more and more business from them

• Help each team members in gaining business form open market

• Maintain relationship with stakeholder

• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and try to gain more and more business from their referrals

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Make strategies to gain more and more business from your team

• Maintain report of each team member’s performance and provide it to your supervisor
