• handle your team of sales executive and try to gain more and more business from them

• train your team. motivate your team and develop your team to gain more and more business from them

• help each team members in gaining business form open market

• maintain relationship with stakeholder

• maintain good relationship with existing customers and try to gain more and more business from their referrals

• achieve monthly sales targets

• make strategies to gain more and more business from your team

• maintain report of each team member’s performance and provide it to your supervisor
